This is the perfect tour for those who want to enjoy one full day trip, crossing the Carpathian Mountains to Transylvania, visiting the two most famous castles in Romania, Peles & Bran and ending with Prejmer Fortress, a typical Transylvanian fortified church, UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will get to know the importance of the Romanian Royal Family, the myth and the legend behind the fictional Dracula and the interesting history of Transylvania with its Saxon fortifications, all this and more with the enchanting Carpathian Mountains landscape on the background.
07:30 → Pick-up from your hotel. Departure from Bucharest to Sinaia.
10:00 → Arrival and visit in Sinaia the Peles Castle, former summer residence of the Romanian Royal Family (standard visit: first floor).
12:00 → Departure to Bran.
13:00 → Arrival and visit at Bran Castle, known as Dracula’s Castle -(standard visit).
14:30 → Free time for lunch (on your own).
15:30 → Departure to Prejmer.
16:30 → Arrival and visit Prejmer Fortified Church (13th century) – UNESCO World Heritage Site-.
17:30 → Departure to Bucharest.
20:00 – 20:30 → Arrival at your hotel in Bucharest. End of tour.
